Synkd Return & Replacement Policy

At Synkd, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and replacements under the following conditions.

1. Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear-and-tear, or not in original packaging cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Replacements

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will verify your claim with photos or video evidence of the issue.

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

3. Process

  1. Contact support@synkd.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

  3. Once approved, we will process your return or replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Exceptions

  • Final sale items or customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
